Privacy Policy

This notice describes the current browser game and the game data managed by its publisher, Unpaid CEO: Hustler. It does not replace the privacy notices of the services used to sign in or host the game.
Information used by the game
- Sign-in information: the hosting service supplies an account identifier and may supply an email address. If an account identifier is unavailable, the game uses an account-linked identifier. If you play without signing in, the game creates a random guest identifier stored in a secure browser cookie. The game database does not store your raw email or your ChatGPT password.
- Game profile: your chosen nickname, leaderboard visibility setting, score and saved progress, including cash, assets, upgrades, energy, activities, missions and game timing information.
- Technical information: hosting and authentication providers may process IP addresses, browser information, requests and diagnostic logs to deliver and protect the service. The game records errors for troubleshooting.
Why information is used
We use account-linked or guest data to load and save progress, calculate game results, prevent conflicting updates, troubleshoot failures and provide the optional ranking. The current game does not include advertising or marketing analytics, sell player data, or share it for targeted advertising. Game purchases use fictional currency; the game does not collect payment-card or crypto-wallet details.
Public leaderboard
Participation is off by default. Guest players can participate without signing in If you enable “Show my nickname and score in the ranking,” your nickname, score and rank can be viewed by anyone. Do not use a real name or sensitive information as your nickname. You can change the nickname or uncheck the setting in Ranking and save it to remove your entry. Others may retain screenshots or copies of previously public information.
Hosting, sign-in and browser storage
The game uses OpenAI Sites for hosting and authentication and Cloudflare infrastructure for delivery and database storage. These providers process information needed to operate their services and may process it in other countries, including the United States. Their own retention and account controls also apply. The current game code does not set advertising cookies or use local storage for cloud saves. Hosting and sign-in services may use cookies or similar technology to maintain sessions and security. Clearing browser storage does not delete a cloud save. Older versions may have left a local save on your device; you can remove it through your browser’s site-data settings.
Retention and your controls
Game profiles are retained until you delete them; there is currently no automatic inactivity-deletion schedule. Use the controls below to download your current profile or delete its active database record and leaderboard entry. Deletion cannot remove copies retained in provider backups or security logs, which follow provider retention practices. It does not delete your ChatGPT account.
Before deletion, close the game in other tabs or devices. A running game or a later return to the game may create a fresh profile. This policy page does not create a game profile.

Delete my game data
This permanently removes your current progress, nickname and ranking entry from the active game database. Download a copy first if needed.
Security
The game uses HTTPS, account-based access checks, same-origin checks for changes and parameterized database queries. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your sign-in account secure and avoid putting private information in your nickname.
Children
This game is intended for people aged 13 and older, subject to the sign-in provider’s age requirements. It is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data. A profile created in error can be removed using the deletion control above.

For a question or a privacy request not covered by these controls, contact the game’s creator through the channel where they shared the game with you. We will update the date on this page when the policy changes and describe material new data uses before introducing them.
